Questions about features
Can I customise a post for each social network?
Yes. Write one master post, then change the caption, hashtags, link, media or title for any platform. Your changes stay even when the master post is edited later.
Can my client or manager approve posts before they go live?
Yes. Turn on required approval for a workspace and invite reviewers. They can approve or request changes from any device, and any edit after approval sends the post back for review.
What happens if a post fails to publish?
Each account shows its own status with a plain reason and the fix. Temporary problems are retried automatically, and Robincast always checks with the platform first so a post is never published twice.
