Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of Team for free, with no credit card. When the trial ends you choose a plan or stay on Free; nothing is deleted.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 social channels, 10 scheduled posts per channel, 10 AI writing credits a month, 1 GB of media storage and 30 days of analytics. It is free forever and needs no credit card.
How much does Robincast cost?
Creator is $15 a month, Team is $49 a month and Agency is $129 a month. Paying yearly saves 20%: $12, $39 and $103 a month.
What counts as a social channel?
Each connected profile, page or account is one channel. For example, a Facebook Page and an Instagram account are two channels.
What is an AI writing credit?
One request to the AI writer, such as drafting a caption, rewriting it, adapting it for a platform or suggesting hashtags. Credits reset on the first day of each month.
What counts toward media storage?
Every image, video and PDF in your media library, across all your brands. Creator includes 25 GB, Team 100 GB and Agency 500 GB. Deleted files stop counting right away. If you're over the limit after changing plans, nothing is deleted: new uploads pause until you delete some files or upgrade.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away and are prorated. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
How do I pay?
By card, on the billing page inside Robincast. Payments are handled by Stripe, so Robincast never sees or stores your card number.
Which plan should an agency choose?
Agency includes 25 client brands, 15 team members, client approval workflows, branded client reports and bulk imports of up to 2,000 posts.
