Privacy policy

This is a draft policy pending legal review. It describes how Robincast, operated by Cybernest, handles personal data.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, time zone.
• Security data: sign-in history (time, IP address, device), sessions.
• Content you create: posts, comments, media you upload.
• Data from connected platforms: account names, avatars, and access tokens (encrypted), plus post IDs and links after publishing.

How we use it

To provide the service, keep accounts secure, publish content you schedule, and notify you about activity. We do not sell personal data or use connected-platform data for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Sign-in history is kept for 12 months and audit logs for 24 months. You can export or delete your data; deleted organizations are removed after a 30-day grace period. When you disconnect a platform, we delete its tokens and remove platform data as that platform’s policies require.

Processors

Hosting, email delivery and error monitoring providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
